We carefully inspect our rentals for damage and bring extra supplies during the install process. Batteries are changed frequently to ensure decorative lighting will stay running through the night. We bring boot covers to every delivery to prevent floor damage.
Yes, however, our equipment is NOT WATERPROOF so we strongly recommend you have a backup plan in case of poor weather, we will not give refunds for a sudden change in weather unless it prevents us from driving to your location. A refundable $50 cleaning/ damage deposit will be charged for outdoor sleepovers. We will not setup in conditions that currently are, or appear to soon be: raining, snowing, muddy, dirty, or windy. We reserve the right not to setup our equipment where it appears the conditions could damage our equipment or create unsafe conditions for your guests. This may include: wet grass, gravel, pitch from trees, public spaces, uneven ground, mud, broken glass or other trash, thorny plants, or substantially messy turf. Don’t forget to turn off your sprinklers well in advance of setup time too.
All events cancelled or rescheduled more than 1 week out will only be changed for supplies and/or design work already completed or purchased. Additionally, events cancelled or rescheduled within 1 week of the event will be charged a modest fee as follows:

$50 72 Hr reschedule Fee
$75 1 Week Cancellation Fee
$100 72 hr Cancellation Fee

We book on a first-come-first serve basis so check out our availability calendar before booking. Summer months may be busier and we recommend booking sooner rather than later. Please call if your event is less than 72 hours away, options may be limited with last minute bookings but we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs if we are available to fulfill your order.
If the party is booked less than 1 week in advance all the monies will be due at the time of booking. If the party is booked 1 week or more in advance, $50 will be charged up front to reserve your date. The remainder will be due 1 week before delivery. We also accept Afterpay. Payments may be made online, after signing your contract, via credit or debit card or by cash or card in-person. We do not accept checks.
Yes. Please let us know and we’ll work with our food suppliers to get what you need. Please mention all known allergies when you order as we often stuff favor bags with treats that may also contain allergens. A small up-charge may be added for certain substitutions. (Exp. Gluten Free pizza crust is $4 more each whole pizza.)
Absolutely! This is a common scenario as guests have varying levels of comfort with overnight visits. Let us know how many are staying overnight and how many aren’t and we can give you a custom quote for extra favors, activity and game supplies, food and drinks.
